Not only does the bloc bleed but even the fork has proven to be fail.

Of course. Number 1 is these guys are great at Press Releases and have released many false ones. (remember Coinstream--didn't happen) also, mining is not profitable at todays difficulty level and getting worse every day. BTC $10,000 is needed simply to cover the cost of machines over 24 months and as difficulty dramatically increases, this time frame stretches quickly>
