Arent these BLOC assests supposed to be spunoff into a new company where shareholders of BLOC after a certain record date were supposed to recieve 1 to 1 shares of the new entity?  What kind of dumb loop sale is this??? Diluting Fork to buy shitt that was already ours in BLOC?  Makes no sense

I can't find anywhere that there would be spinout shares 1:1 for bloc holders on record Nov 1, but the DID say that the company would be spun out as a separate entity. And this has not happened. Would anyone on here like to take the lead and contact their IR for a response on this?
