Management misled investors on merger deal. Really was a reverse merger and I see no synergies that were hyped by those involved. Regulators should review for investors.

Shidan Gouran needs to be held accountable for both of the GGAM and FORK disasters . Hoping the regulators sre looking into his shenanigan ways .

All 3 Directors resigned at the same time. I assume someone was or is investigating.
