PXX hits $1.50 and not a peep out there! Insider buys reported. Quiet probably better. Go PXX!

As it turns out there doesn't appear to be a lot of buying. Maybe a couple hundred thousand shares for a couple directors in the 1.45 range. Did note a large insider sale (holdco for a Lundin group) selling 1.4 million shares in a private transaction.
