actually go forward with the share price of the comp. that is buying us so much lower than when it was first announced. It what seem illegal and I`m sure could trigger a lawsuit. I`ve been investing since 2000 and have never encountered anything so blatantly crooked. Surley some major shareholder will step in, or .22 of a share will have to be increased. Anyone ??

They are buying PXX with soon to be 17K oil (and 80K oil sands approved) for the same price they paid Cenovus for 6K oil 18K dry gas.
