I figured the expected financing would be done at around $0.50. The previous round was at $0.20 with a half warrant at $0.50. This one at $0.30 with a full warrant at $0.50. I'll be all over that if I can get any. Explains the SP kind of stuck at $0.30 as existing holders sell in order to participate and get the full warrant.

Hi Pruneface.I remember you from years past at the old Sangold BB,how you doing?This BLK stock grabbed my attention recently.Just wondering how you (I) can get those warrants and where, I 'll be honest here,I've never bought warrants and feel I have missed out on some great returns..providing said company does well. As an emerging future stock play...I see BLK..as a great opportunity.

Wow. SGR. You're making me feel old(er). I'm not sure which warrants you're referring to. There was a half warrant attached to the $0.20 unit financing back in early November, a full warrant exercisable @ $0.50 for 12 months. They are tranferable but to my knowledge they don't trade publically.  The current placement is a $0.30 unit with a full warrant exercisable @ $0

Thanks Prune.Keep up the good work with your commentary.I'd like to buy into this company and extra info is always welcome...so far this BB is civilised.I must admit that's unusual for a stock that trades so cheaply.

Evidently this placement is for accredited investors only.  There is supposedly lots going on with the company but it is relatively unknown. Kind of ground floor at this stage. I'm impressed with Dawson. He strikes me as a no BS type of guy, which would be novel for most microcap management teams.
