Subscription forms are available for this financing at your friendly neighbourhood brokerage house. They supposedly want to close this Friday.

These guys must be having trouble filling this financing. It has been over a month since they announced it and $3 millon shouldn't be that onerous. The SP at $0.24 more or less tells the tale IMO.
