Dangerous Volitilty...Why?

I mean watching this trade after an IR Contract News, runs up 400% and crashes back virtually unchanged on enormous volume. 

How can anyone explain this without longs wondering what they don't know behind the scenes.

Too many kids trying to get rich quick. They panic and sell because someone else is, and then it snowballs, regardless of the price. Silly kids. Relax, this will be above 0.09 again very soon.
