Yup.  There is something not right about a company that trades more volume than it's current float in three days and is down overall. Who sells that much stock at these levels if the company has any worth, given their PPs were done at $0.20? Right now it is trading at basically cash value. None of the recent announcements has had any lasting effect on the SP. Frankly I'm surprised ...more

I think you are mistaken. New Point and Blok are not affiliated as far as I know. The only thing they have in common is Jamie Hyland who was appointed to the BOD of NP and is currently a director and the VP of Corporate Development for BLK. I don't know why this news was announced as pertaining to BLK since common directors doesn't really seems relevant.
