Is this type of dilution warranted Fred? $10 mil dollars ? Stock will be 15-20c by Christmas.

When they did the 25/1 reverse split you knew they would start this. 16 mil shares +25 mil = 41 mil (approx) oustanding. You might be right about the price. They clearly have no Market Makers onside so the volume is non existent. All you need is for someone to get tired of waiting and dump and recovery will be very tough.
