E-mailed Mr Kletas the following. Will post any response

Mr. Kletas

I don’t know if you follow stockhouse.com, but I posted a point there and others suggested I take it right to the source.  I hope you might be able to shed some light or make comment on the following:

“CEO has a responsibility to shareholders to maximize their investment. Spiro isn't doing that. All he needs to do is open his mouth a little bit in order to garner interest, visibility and support. If he were to answer some basic questions or provide status and/or visionary updates, this stock would be MUCH higher than others in this sector.

What is the stockpile at now?

How much graphite is intended to be produced per year when the mine is fully operational?

What is the stock price at for the quality of graphite that is available at NRT's mine? 600$/ton? 10000$/ton? big difference.

What is the plan moving forward from here?

Any contracts or offtake agreements being considered?

Any local sales being negotiated?

NONE of these questions force him to say untruths, as they are "forward looking statements" and may or may not come to fruition... nonetheless, silence is killing this stocks immediate potential and is, IMHO, a disservice to those who are holding...and I'm holding...but would like to see some movement for my loyalty.”

I know you are very busy trying to make a company work - no small task, I’m sure.  We (the collective we) are all very excited about the prospect of graphite in the future and believe your company is the one ahead of the pack in many ways.  BUT, your company also has the distinction of having one of the lowest share prices in the sector.  “We” feel that the main reason for this is the lack of visibility to your mine activities/progress.  No one is threatening to drop their holdings, we just believe strongly in your company and wish the information above was more prevalent.  In other words, your company would attract a lot more attention/investors/value if it was more outspoken.  Is it possible to PR some updates more often, addressing some of the questions above?

I know I am probably a  small fish in your millions of shares outstanding, but you do occupy 21.95% of my total portfolio and I would like to be assured that my investment has meaning to you and that aside from the cumbersome task of getting a company off the ground, value for investors is also on your RADAR… Thanks again for whatever time you are able to spend discussing this.

Awesome job..and be ready for a response, because he always responds. At most it may take him 2 days if he's super busy with something..whch he will always apologize for in his response and tell you why he was busy doing whatever. Otherwise he normally responds within a day max, sometimes the same day. He has never not responded to me, and his responses are pretty well written with care, which ...more

Great letter and kudos to you for your initiative. I will be doubly interested to see if he does respond and, what he actually says.He has been as quiet as a mouse in church, and that is no way to sell a story. As the song says," tell me a lie" at least throw us a wee bone to decipher and maintain interest. I don't want to start thinking a four letter word about this stock but doubts ...more
