Anyone knows when our shares of NRT will be converted to Flinders?

madmushroom, from Sep 2nd NR: "The Arrangement may be terminated by either party if closing has not occurred byDecember 31, 2014, or such later date as the parties mutually agree. Who cares anymore... share change has change from 1.2 to .9. I'm out. I don't see this turning into anything. Lost some money on comission. Can make more elsewhere.

Share exchange is 1 share of Flinders for every 9 shares of Big North. Not 1.2 to .9

Arbitrage play here is huge. 0.05 * 9 = 45 cents per FDR. Risk vs Reward is very attractive at this level. Anything below 0.06 will give you an edge  Risk of bottom out at 0.035 - 0.04 if acquisitions fell through (20% chance) Reward of 0.07 -0.075 if acquisitions happen (80% chance)
