Better off without Flinders?

So I was reading this old article back in Aug 2014 about Big North valuation when El Tejon is up and running. I think because of Big North's current market cap is so low it has a lot more room to run up higher in 20-30 millions market cap range. Don't be fool when looking at the financial statement when assets is booked at cost not FMV. A function graphite mine & mill worth a lot more than 50 millions.

As a shareholder of both companies, I am dissapointed but I know that both will do well in the near future. Tesla acquisition would be a dream come true but Its more probable that Big North being acquire by other graphite companies looking for a low Capex project of less than $5 millions.

Also, keep in mind that it costed the Mexican government $50 million USD back in 1980 to build El Tejon graphite mine & mill.  A hostile takeover at this low market cap is entirely possible.

Today was an emotional day for many of Big North shareholders but nothing has change since August when the company release the Tetra Tech report. Undoubtedly, financing in this market will be difficult but the company does not need $2.5 million now. They can start slow by getting all the permits and acquire financing as needed. A buyout senario is possible if there are a sharp rise of demand of ...more

I am very dissapointed because NRT did well by its own before the freaking merger plan. I hope Spiro steps up now and get ud an offtake agreement with Tesla. It is sick that NRT is at these levels. Nothing has changed with the company.
