Big North Graphite + Azure minerials Telix project

Azure staked the land with graphite all around El Tejon. They speak highly of Big Norths El Tejon project. They sound like they definitely want to be involved with Big North graphite. Sounds like there could be a likely merger or takeover. Imo. Does anyone have any thoughts on these two companies and what could happen.
