NRT out ........

Unless NRT releases a rabbit out of a hat NRT is bankrupt.
There is no money to fulfill the agreements to keep properties in good standing. He can not approach Azure or Flinders or any other entity to provide unlimited founds for properties NRT and its directors do nothing with. It is clearly simpler for interested parties to out wait him by a few month and procure the properties from the vendors directly. Flinders put mgmt. in dream mode out of which it has not awakened. The consolidation of shares was a knee jerk reaction while NRT continues to be in a coma. NRT's directors/advisers are quitting because of the inaction of certain mgmt members. NRT is unable to beg or borrow at this stage due to nonperformance and last ditch production equipment sales in the past. How can anyone have faith here?
My shares are virtually worthless now and not worthwhile trading unless the rabbit appears. Looks like I will go down with the sinking ship soon. My computer is playing funeral music.
Sorry about the facts. I wish this post could be upbeat.

If Flinders ends up scooping up the property in the aftermath, I would have to agree with The Cardinal that that was Flinder's plan the whole time by slowing us down with the lure of a merger. Maybe Spiro wasn't the one being slow in the Flinders deal, but was being swindled by people who knew NRT was running ...more
