So now we lost Cesar. If Spiros some how figures out how to get funding for El Tejon start up cost and pays the bills who does Spiros turn to to help guide him? Who will lead the him in the right direction and do all the paper work and who will hire all the workers? Would Spiros have to move to mexico?
