hard to understand why they couldn't figure out details exchangel ratio before announcement Let's hope this raises others interest in CSK which dropped 75% from its recent high. ...an opportunistic bid

If the weed stocks haven't rattled your brains , then you would be buying every single share you could get your hands on at these levels. I would be begging, borrowing , and begging for more money just to pick up shares. It takes brains for gains.... Money in the bank. See you back at the old Highs.

bought some. looking at both management Teams i think A) the deal will happen, altough its a non-binding LOI at this stage & B) the exchange ratio will equal to better prices than currently implied by CSK shareprice my best guess is that it will somewhat come down to the latest PP price of 0.2 can$ I believe the reason that they have not set a proposed exchange ratio, is that first FCC and ...more

What adds much to CSKs value is that both FCC and Cobalt One need to buy CSK so as to be sure they can hang on to "their" Yukon refinery when CSKs lawsuit comes. Buying CSK is the only assurance they both have that they will not be out of pocket their 5 Million $ plus refinery payments and also lose the refinery itself in the CSK lawsuit at the same time.  FCC and Cobalt One both ...more
