Banca I.F.I.S Spa > FCC = $1.00++

FCC = $1.00++

Future combined new FCC will be at $1.00 in the not- too-distant future. ECS hit 1.30 the other day,
and the merged  FCC  could get  to market selling Cobalt way (before) ECS. The Mill will be running at YE, and could very well be in Y18  when the Refinery gets rolling. Just the hype on that concept ( North Americas First Cobalt Plant ) will spike it big time, add  the increased Cobalt potential, and  revenue announcements on the Mill.... well  that  all adds  up to a lot of News and attention.    $1.00 ++  is very doable .

volume is great.... but am surprised about   the contrast in sp for FCC & CSK. Theyre at .68 hi today, and  were now at .13. Usually the other wayd around, where the acquiring Co takes a hit, and  the (being acquired) gets the spike. Maybe Market makers keeping CSK down for  the sake of  the Deal..............  if today continues, I bet FCC  goes to .75 in a ...more

Don't worry. All this high volume is new buyers who have no intention of selling csk shares at the prices they are paying for it now.

If the ratio is not set, it might means that FCC is trying to give less of their shares for every CSK shares we own... that might be why FCC is climbing and they are putting a lid on CSK... If it's not the case, then the raise on FCC is good for us CSK shareholders! Time will tell... But I am puzzled as to why CSK isn't skyrocketing! I mean, you should take a mortgage on your house to ...more

Looking in from the outside but the FCC merger increased its value.  An LOI with CSK means a POTENTIAL acq which is more than likely.  FCC shares spike on merger release creating a better valuation when negotiating with CSK...which then buying the shares of CSK gives better position.   So in the end, CSK is still a great buy and we may see a small bump but don't expect .40c ... ...more

Great breakdown and 100% agree. I'm fine with a 50% profit which I can then dump into FCC which should be rocking when all is finalised.

I think you are right... I am hoping for an exchange equivalent of 0,25$ also... I am keeping my fingers crossed... but I don't understand why people aren't buying csk like crazy! I bought more yesterday and looking to free more money to buy more on my already heavy position! 0,25$ would make my summer! lol!
Comment by Goldfather on Jun 22, 2017 4:21pm
another thought.......  on  a Buy-Out sp, .20 seems low, but .25 might be negotiated.  With the carrot of  the  Future FCC price of a $1.25 range. I have a feeling CSK are good negotiators. Bruce and Co have been around. They have the producing Mill,,,,, all the 19  properties,,,, stock piled ! ,,,, and as a friend reminded me,,  they can make the refinery Suit & ...more

WHY would they pay up for CSK?  There are ZERO resons for that...none...CSK is lucky to even be invited to the dance imhao...otherwise, they get caught in the wake...FCC can name their price and CSK will say yes. Everything else is trivial at best.
Comment by cobaltincanada on Jun 22, 2017 4:41pm
Shows how little you know. I'll give you one reason, Csk was holding the refinery litigation over the heads of FCC and CobaltOne. They either had to do a deal or else Csk would file litigation. And if they did the refinery would go back to Csk, its rightful owner. That's why FCC paid up for Csk.

Thank you for bringing light and facts to this discussion.  Fcc wants that mill turning (as does CSK) and with CSK in the courts over it, the mill won't turn.   Bring forces together, out goes the court case, mill turns, money to be made.  FCC becomes one of the biggest cobalts asset owners, price of cobalt goes back to extreme highs, FCC sells for hundreds of millions, share ...more
