I assume they agreed on the terms of the LOI... my bet here is 3 shares of csk gives you 1 share of fcc...  that's why they pushed it at 0,75$ yesterday to 0,75$...  gives a value of 0,25$ per shares... I hope it's not under this....  if it's the case, I make good money! Lol! FCC has to maintain it's share price now...  I wouldn't be surprise to see a ...more

Camwow.... maybe so. But future sp of FCC would be very high. They hit .80 three months ago .  Worth sticking around .

Might be 3,5 for 1... around 0,215...  50% premium compare to yesterday...  explaining why they put a lid at 0,14$... let's hope for a 3 for 1!
