It's Still in LOI stage

Just wondering if the LOI is holding the SP down.
And when it's removed and a firm Purchese
Agreement is signed , then our sp will go up.
Remember we've been here before w/ LOI's.
I can understand why the market is shaky on CSK
LOI's...... it's gotta have an impact .

Not a LOI anymore... go read the NR... following a non-binding agreement, they announce that they signed a binding agreement...

I don't know...........it says still needs "definitive documentstion "......... to me , sounds like they still have work to do. And the Market knows that. It wants proof. Maybe we won't get proof till it Closes.
