What I am hearing is that the resignation came right after the NR... they didn't issue a NR right away... If what I heard is true...  he didn't approuve the transaction...

Lots of insider selling last week, maybe the director who resigned? Word around town is a lot of people who are locally invested with CSK are not to thrilled about this"1 sided" merger. A lot of People, good people who don't have much to begin with stand to lose out while they get thrown under the bus, while Bruce and gang fill their pockets and get comfy with their new spots in fcc. ...more

We do have a bug shareholder in that area...  you know what side he will be on? The deal is not a bad deal if we really get the 16% we are told we will have in the new company... but CEO stated we will have 11%!  This is what need to be change for us to vote yes to that deal! why aren't they out reassuring shareholders??  Instead they keep hiding!! WHY?  Do they have ...more

CEO must be unqualified and unexperineced (trying to be polite) or else how can he accept such a deal? Was he promissed something?  Why would directors resign? I'm hearing alot of things.......
