The deal

Looking at this again, it really doesn't matter what fcc said in terms of 11% the binding LOI states 16%.  I think we all need to calm ourselves and just have to wait and see once we get the papers in the mail and read the actual agreement. So if it's 11% then we have an issue however if its 16% as per the binding LOI the. We sign and vote yes. 

Lets just relax and wait and see.

Before I vote yes I want to se how much 16% is worth on the market price per CSK share.   Twenty cents is far too low for our mines, ore, mill and likely ownership of the refinery too.. .. especially with cobalt prices rsing and much more to go.

I think in the long run no matter what fcc will be a big player and we would all do well on a merger, it just might take time to recoup for those who are in the red. so I'll stay with csk (not that I have much of a choice) but in the meantime I purchased 100k of CPO and they will be releasing their drill results real soon. I was there yesterday and had a live video stream of the claim. It' ...more

FCC is in great shape.  Yes, we could develop CSK on our own and I'm sure everyone wants a quick snap up from the 14c but reality is, we are umbrella'ing under a strong wing.   FCC is making the right moves and if we get a piece of this company, we will all make out well or money back for those who bought in the peak of CSK.  Sit tight, vote yes, trust your management are ...more
