CO1 says on their WS they Closed on the
Refinery. All done. And as we know , FC paid
$750k as DP for rights.  More $$ due on Merger
Closing Oct 25. // FC WS still shows timeline
of 8/15/17 as Re-open trade date. 
  Where will FC sp go ?  Stay at .76 ? Drop for few weeks ?
jump on hype/ promo ? Have pissed off shareholders at Halt and
not able to get they're money, sell right away , and dropping sp ?,
 cannacord bringing back to .76 at Merger on Oct 24 ?....... then
what ?   Any comments ?

It's so hard to call!  I hope they drive fcc once it opens...   but don't forget the new float will eventually be around 150-160 million shares!  I assume we might see some selling pressure unless they drive it hard and fast...   but I think they will be patient and scoop the sellers...  let's hope csk goes back up...  looks like we have strong support!

This will make the CSK lawsuit much easier to progress with the elimination of the seller who CO1 is reporting has now been paid off and is out of the picture.   Now it is a question of how long CO1 and FCC can legally hang on to the refinery they overpaid for in their attempt to circumvent the CSK lock in bid agreement in May 2017.  I think they now hold a legally questionable title to

Bruce probably lied to us regarding the lawsuit...I think he never intend to go with it...or else it would have been done... CSK never filed any lawsuit! I think he walk ped hand in hand with that guy from BC...and they managed to get csk for peanuts after destroying our share price! Bruce timed the deal announcement when important people working for the company were out of the country... I

ASK is .17 now.  Let's see if they hit it. Also got a  call in to find out if FC re Opens aug 15 per updated WS. EV's  getting huge coverage , and Cobalt will ride the wave.

Getting closer to FC's re open. One more full  week.  Unless exchange pushes it back. Lotta volume today  at .16...... anyonehere think FC can 76, or anywhere near ?

Today ECS hit $1.39, and CUZ at .21 & over 1 mil shares.  ECS is very encouraging as another  future Cobalt producer, but a year away at least, and FC will be there first. Producing that first nickel in Cobalt will jack the sp, and surely FC as super promoters will be way ahead of the game. Next tuesday FC re opens. Will be very interesting to watch.
