can we vote no to the stpd deal? I thisnk we can manage as it is and we dont need a merger.

It's now looking worst then ever! you absolutely can vote no on that deal... csk was trading over 0,40$ when people were hoping they ink a deal for a useless refinery! even fcc isn't looking strong!

Yes of course you can...you just need enough of you...how much stock does the management of CSK vote with? You need to win the numbers game to put a halt to the deal...they need a majority to pass it...and so do you, to stop it.
