TI think next week they expedite the ballots.... obviously, only our CEO sees this transaction as a plus-value for us shareholders!  Nobody is rushing to buy csk even at these levels! tells you how bad the deal at 0,76$ for us is bad! but what is he doing ?  Is he calling FCC's management to ask for a repricing?  Absolutely not! only us are getting played!  I wonder

Probably and insder job that he only benefits from the deal.  He should be investigated IMHO.  As a CEO he should think of all the shareholders not just his f88king self.

I think everybody except him sees it that way! so there is definately a reason why he's the only one in the world that thinks we got a great deal at 0,76$...! or else....  fcc wouldn't have traded almost 20 millions shares at around 0,62$ since it started to trade again!

SEC is in the US... IROOC in canada... and they said nothing about it! This deal is organized by one guy in BC... and Canaccrap is behind all this... I bet you that we will eventually hear a financing done by Canaccrap much lower then the 0,76$ deal we got!

It's because you did...CSK, it's assets, and it's liabilities, are not worth more...in fact, imho you got more than what the company is worth...it will take a WHOLE LOTTA cash to do anything with that property, the tailings piles, the mill, and a seemingly forgotten aspect of the property, the EXPLORATION?!?!?  There has been ZERO work done, and ZERO talk of it...WTF do you think

I absolutely don't care what you say... right now, FCC is trading at 0,62$ and they are willing to buy CSK... 0,2632 shares X 0,62$... csk should be trading at 0,16$ right now... this is a screaming buy... and people are running for FCC right now... much cheaper to buy CSK right now!   Good luck folks!

To answer your question as to the value of CSK, think of it this way. When was the CSK stock price at higher levels? 1 - Before becoming involved with FCC and trading above 40 cents , OR 2 - After becoming involved with FCC and trading where it is now at about 1/3 the price?   Which of these two situations would you vote for? It is an easy decision when you do the math. xxxxx

CSK was trading at or near $0.40 when they purposely or not (YOU be the judge) decieved everyone that they were going to buy the Yukon...they even had a fancy article in the Globe and Mail for you to "read all about it"...but it was a suckers bet all the way, and anyone who knows, knew (you can date check my additions here at the time...go on, you'll find it)...within 3 weeks, after

You skim over facts so easily - FCC is now in jeopardy of a lawsuit and so is the previous mill owner who reneged on their deal with CSK. To save itself FCC needs to take over CSK. FCC way over paid mush more than CSK for their part of the mill which they might never even get to use when the sale is voided in court.  I do hope you hold on to your FCC stock. Then you can expect the financial

They will need that big money you mention to repay CSK for the Refinery after the merger is rejected and they are in court.   Bring on the vote soon so we CSK shareholders have our say at last!
