FOR
125k for Merger. As CSK isnt able to do it themselves. They dont even have a staff, and the CEO is all but gone. They'd need to sell it to another company. The Merged Co will have the synergy to do very well. And if they dont Merge, they could be lefty out of the developing Camp. I feel we will get a very good price for our new Shares once FC has time to get it all organized. I'm planning on a $1.25 sp in a year w/ FC. ECS hit $1.42, and FC is farther along w/ their plant. with the merger if fcc went to 1.25 that would be about the same return if csk went to 0.30 cents which we were at before merger talk... jmo

Are you certain there is a lawsuit hanging over the refinery? Former Yukon Swiss deal was epic I agree. I thought I checked this out. Let me know and thanks for the response.

Docksitter Quote the part of the merger agreement where you think it says that the legal suit over the Yukon Refinery purchase shenanigans will not come back to life after this merger is voted down.
