FOR

125k for Merger. As CSK isnt able to do it themselves. They dont even have a staff, and the CEO is all but gone. They'd need to sell it to another company. The Merged Co will have the synergy to do very well. And if they dont Merge, they could be lefty out of the developing Camp. I feel we will get a very good price for our new Shares once FC has time to get it all organized. I'm planning on a $1.25 sp in a year w/ FC. ECS hit $1.42, and FC is farther along w/ their plant.  JMO

I agree We can only Hope that FCC has some talent as whatever talent CSK had has left the room a long time ago They have a gatekeeper for a CEO No management of knowledge about the business they are in other than capital market manipulation. Bring on FCC they actually have been shown the way now if they can merge the camp into a success that will be the long term test. I like $1.25 as well FOR ...more

Why do you think that FCC would treat its new shareholders from CSK any differently that it treated them in the past while they were its proposed merger partners?   I think that a CSK shareholder voting to become an FCC shareholder would be like a chicken voting for Colonel Saunders!  As to "capital market manipulaton", well just look at the story of what happened to the ...more

Are you certain there is a lawsuit hanging over the refinery? Former Yukon Swiss deal was epic I agree. I thought I checked this out. Let me know and thanks for the response.

Why would you think this has gone away now? It is a strong case as you can read below. This is the legal situation faced by those who bought into the Yukon refinery this year. Read this below and see if you still want to be a part of FCC. ************* FROM CSK Website on May 4, 2017  https://cobaltechmining.com/news/cobaltech-announces-legal-action-regarding-cobalt-refinery/  May ...more

Agreed  The suit was dropped upon acceptance of the pending deal which we shareholders are about to vote on CSK is long dead nothing to do but move on

Docksitter Quote the part of the merger agreement where you think it says that the legal suit over the Yukon Refinery purchase shenanigans will not come back to life after this merger is voted down.
