Bonterrar Rejects Obsedian OFFER and accesses Federal loan

To the Board of Bonavista, Bonterra has accessed a Federal loan!!!! They have protected minority shareholders, something you did not do!!!! Calfrac has rejected G2s2 .03cents per share. A majority shareholder will be paying over .25 cents.

I note the amount of the Bonterra loan is 45 million. The amount of the Bonavista land acquisition in November 2019 was 53.3 million (borrowed money). If Bonavista did not do this transaction they would still be a public company today.

You said that the CPP has a fiduciary duty form an investigation in this criminal act by the directors of BNP, why isn't anyone doing anything about this? Thank you!

The applicable legislation is the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act. Pertinent clauses include: Objects and Powers, 5(c); Duty of Care, 14(1); Audit Committee, 31(e); Investments, Financial Statements, 36; Offence, False Statements, 54(1).
