BIDEN IS TOAST....OIL UP becausehe alowed RUSSIA to invade the UKRAINE. Now he condems oil companies for making too much  money. He wants oil up so that he can pump SHALE OIL and polute the environment(ground water) with toxic waters.    What a two faced con artist and crook.
