Please correct me if I have made some wrong assump

The mill can produce 100 tons of ore  per day. Therefore if the head grades are .30 oz per ton, than the mine will have production of approx 10,000 oz of gold per year. If production costs average 450 per oz and todays prices are approx 1600. We would have a approx profit of 1150 per oz of gold produced therefore profits before taxes and depreciation of approx 11.5 million dollars. Not that bad for a small mine with some great blue sky potential. Also like the fact of a small share float. I am some what shocked that the shares are trading at these levels since the mine is now in production. We wait.
