There may be a bigger problem
The man-power problem can be solved through higher wages.
But what can be done about the problem of booking reserves in a thin vein, high grade environment?
Kocken stated at the AGM that the Bralorne mines ran for decades and never had any more than a 6 months supply of ore available. Of course, there was no need of a 41-101 back then. So it will likely be difficult to generate market excitement in that fashion.
But there is another thing that gets the attention of the market. That is cashflow. A sustained period of good cashflow, with an ever increasing cash position on the balance sheet ( or dore bars if you prefer) might just do the trick.
