He's owned it in the past. A great company--diversifed around the world and has great experience. Solid and well-run and pays a reasonable dividend. Interest rates won't rise much higher and may possibly decline. The dividend will remain competitive for a while.

They have certainly executed but you are paying a premium for it. The chart looks like a 'V' and when this happens he gets concerned. (Analysts’ price target is $31.00)

Anyone knows what the analyst means by "paying a premium for it"? From the last annual report, NAV per unit is $28.72 USD which is roughly $38.50 yet it trades at $26.30... Unless I'm missing something I'd say it's undervalued?

Firstly, thanks to retiredcf for filtering all this commentary for us.....in terms of your question, I just think the guy does not know the stock that well (if at all) and he was unaware that the "V" recovery is in part company-induced because of the dutch auction.   I have listened to him in the past and I have found him to be knowledgeable but he seems like a macro/chart guy
