(A Top Pick Mar 29/18, Up 15%) They're buying back shares. He sees 9% AFFO growth. Trades at a reasonable 14.7x. It's only fault is high leverage with a high payout ratio, but they're selling assets to take care of that. The high US dollar and rising rates are no longer headwinds.

Dream Industrial REIT vs. BPY Dream is a good asset in a good space with a decent valuation. He likes it, but he prefers BYP for its global focus and better long-term growth. BPY trades at a good valuation. He prefers BPY, but you can buy both.

Thanks for the post.  It is nice to hear from a guy who owns the stock and knows the story....I agree with everything he said.   I would never own a company that has the word Dream in it anyways....what were they thinking? :)

Hey Vette I disagree with your broad base statement on Dream. I've owned Dream Industrial since Sept/2013 at $8.60. It's now $11.80 and has paid a most excellent distribution all the way along. I also have Dream Global on my watchlist. It ran up a bit much before I could get in but I'll keep watching. Ciao   Sarge

Hey SargeX, I was being tongue-in-cheek and I do not know anything about any of the DREAMs and when it comes to real estate I always look to Brookfield first.  Nonetheless, big congrats on your returns and point taken.

Hey Vette That's very nce of you to take the time to clarify.  I'm also a big of Brookfield in general and hold full long term positions of BPY.UN, BEP.UN, and BIP.UN. I've done really well with BIP & BEP and have high hopes for BPY. Still a tiny bit under-water on price but divs more than make up for it. Nice little bounce today. I'm trying to find out why but no luck
