Yes totally understand but at this point you are committed and if the divy stays safe it will take some bite out. All reits have been hammered and this one moreso for reasons i previosuly mentioned. The next couple of days will prove interesting to see if we form a new bottom in the high 11s or if its a bump to retouch lows...

The lower, the better.  Cheaper to buy more and BPY can buy back harder.  Win win if you are long term.  $6B in liquidity remember.
