I don't know if it's a sign, but this sounds like either BAM will help retailers, thus helping BPY (since the help will keep retailers paying their rent) or else BAM will integrate BPY.

Correct.  That is my understanding from their the press release from BAM.  They called it Retail Revitalization Program. Not a bad idea.......
