Looking for advise

New to investing and I'm curious, would anyone recommend buying in now or would it be better to wait for the q2 report and see if it affects the dividend or sp goes down?

Thanks, that is good advise. Will probably wait and see, buying now could lose money but waiting 3 weeks the risk is paying more per share

I'm confident the sp will go up eventually, I just hope they don't privatize it, that's my biggest fear. I'm maxing out my tfsa with just bpy, worst case you make a great div return while waiting for stock to recover. Tired of holding non div stocks that do nothing
