Does anyone know what's going on with the preferred shares today? Both my Pembina and Brookfield preferred shares went nuts with above average volume. Does the prime rates got upped in Canada?

I think in the BofC announcement yesterday there was some guidance that negative rates in Canada are not being considered (still). Negative yields in Canada would all but obliterate the original rate reset prefs in Canada (other than the rate reset "floor" prefs which have minimum yields). Vette
