I expect it to close to 2-4% heading into August, especially if the reit sector bounces

It will close the gap by August. Standard play from traders . I have seen it almost every time when an arbitration was an opportunity to make few bucks. Until then just keep buying 11.05-11.10 and sell it 11.25. It became my daily routine now.
