Not anymore.  Metroplitan areas previously hot spots are now ghosttowns.  Governors and premiers should be do everything in their power to return the work force back to the office.  Without it you have milions of people in their pajamas not spending $.  Seems like economics 101 to me

My god. You are completely clueless! Who cares about momentary situation. The average remainder of commerical lease is 9.2 years. This is by Brookfield. Also they are reporting record new leases as well and the collection is over 90%. We get it. You want a better entry price but you should work on a better material. A 5 year old could rip apart your reasoning.
