I told you to dump this yesterday when it was up and RioCan was down in the morning. I also know someone who used to be a senior manager at BAM and he/she mentioned how they always carefully control the messaging and that is rule #1.  once that article from FT came out,  it forced BPY to news release. They had no intention of informing the unit holders of the covenants renegotiation. ...more

  absolurely correct - no idea. Long term investor not a flipper.  If you don't like the position there is a ready made exit with the offer on the table.  Still a few weeks before the offer closes.
