Do they have to reissue at another price? Obviously no one will sell at 12 if it stays above

I think it was always their plan for  their tender offer to reset a "bottom" for the stock.  Time will tell if it holds.

Yeah but I'm sure their plan is to buy all those shares at a low price. I think they care more about buying cheap shares than setting a bottom
