No parking!

Malls are absolutely packed.  My wife could not find a space to park for 30 minutes today again.  Say good bye to these bargain prices. Unlimited upside here.  Government workers are returning to full time 5 days a week starting early Sept.  Charts are looking bullish near and long term.  Good times ahead folks!

Office is the issue...retailers will come and go, but what do you do when 50%+ of people start wfh permanetnly

Let me clear that air here. That 50% WFH estimate is way over the line. Even the most biased professional analyst estimates about 15% permanent WFH disruption. Brookfield and Blackstone leasing data backs this up. Also the most advanced technology companies that has the best algos at hand leased huge amount of office space in NYC in the past few weeks. I am talking about Amazon, Google, FB.
