Shorts will be promptly wiped again if they go out of the line. BAM will announce another buyout and there goes your shorting theory. BAM drew the line in the sand with their 12$ offer. 15% discount from that is outrageous. That's the problem with bearish people like you. You can't admit when you lost. It is time to move on. Single digit BPY prices are th past.

Ive lost? I rode this from 9.50ish and two days later the offering arrived, sold at 11.90ish (talking in the US stock), took money over to RioCan at 14.77 who wasnt artifcially propped up, which is now about a dollar up plus 2 rounds of dividends. Shorted this yesterday and will make decent coin as I cover today. The bids are already WAY below the close and yet all other reits, the bids are above ...more
