They use earnings to calculate distributions. Earnings have been growing every year. They don't think their dividend is high, they think the stock price is absurdly low. They have so much liquidity. They make substantial cash flow from recycling. Etc etc. Watch the presentation. A bit of a marketing ploy, but some interesting views. Good presentation from ...more
