it sounds tempting, but I think better to wait for $20 and then maybe.... BAM seems pretty determined to get the SP back to where they think it makes sense, and so far, the divident looks untouchable.

Dividend is probably fine no matter the amount due to the DRIP.  If you think about it, all BAM has to do to maintain the dividend is to enroll in the DRIP - BPY will have enough funds from the DRIP to pay dividends to all other stockholders and BAM will get cheap shares.
