BPYU vs BPY

Management has told us there is effectively no difference in BPYU and BPY yet BPY closed at US$13.78 and BPYU closed at US$15.13.....BPYU was created for U.S. Reit investors and so this has to be good news for BPY.  10% arbitrage opportunity.

Today BPYU is above US$17 and BPY is below US$16....arb opportunity of over 10% as managment continues to tell us the 2 stocks are identical in nature. Either way, bodes well for BPY holders as the US REIT investors are liking BPYU these days. Still long, Vette
