Was a good read, makes me think I'll sell on Tuesday making 20% then wait for it to come down again, and it really feels like it'll come down again once the buy back slows down or Biden shuts everything down for the covid or a bad quarter comes out.

Thanks for posting......I have a couple comments: (i) RGI Council has blogged 10 articles since 2018 and 3 of them have been on the Brookfield group companies.......they are certainly part of the crowd that hates Brookfield....the way in which Brookfield operates makes a lot of corporate governance experts angry because they are pretty flagrant and BPY has poor governance for sure. maybe they knew there was no point if the BB boosted the SP. I'm gonna watch it next week because I don't want to lose this profit like the last time we hit 18. I put a lot of my eggs in here, and I don't want to watch them break!

Ney NP Definitely tricky trying to "guess" where anything is going in the short term in these markets let alone something like BPY. My wife and I have our long term shares that we always just hold but I've been doing a bit of short term trading in BPY with some extra cash. yeah thanks for the tip. I was gonna use trailing stop losses but I thought I'd end up in the same place, so I saw the daily pattern and took advantage, I was selling 100k and just a dime or two later I would buy lower. That alone would give you roughly 100 shares. I benefited a few days in a row by getting 200-300 shares by trading this way, and then got burned and lost it all and then some ...more
