seems like the bb is pretty much done for now. Will we deflate back to 16?

Personally I think it'll go down slowly for a week or two then up again leading into the quarterly report, the report will be bad news so it'll tank hard again after that.

why do you think it will be bad news, didn't they say past July they returned to 90%+ collection? I'd think by now Q3 would look much brighter

Just my opinion, I got out at $18 and I'll get back In eventually but I think it's going to be a rough quarter as malls and office buildings are empty. When's the last time you went to a mall? The value of the property is huge but how long can the tenants keep paying with money they arnt making. Going long for years right now you'll make huge gains but if your going long for years ...more
