Lots of moving parts with SPG.  Taubman ruling, etc etc.  Definitely a quality operator.

Simon's results yesterday give some insight.  Income halved but 85% of rents collected. Hope they can renegotiate the Taubman deal on more favourable terms. David Simon seems defiant about things.  Long SPG
