Shorts winning  why this turd was Up so much from lows Yielding 8% now is this safe Div. or cut coming ????

Shorts are doing anything but winning.  This stock has been slowly moving up for weeks.Two months ago the dividend was 10%..The company has an excellent reputation for seeing value in depressed assests and I don't think we will see this change any time soon.  When I see an analyst downgrading or low balling a stock of this quality, I suspect they are short selling. There will be ups ...more

Trust me, the "covid scare" is gone. The government control is the biggest thing to worry about at the moment. Shutting down an entire city everytime hospitals get near capacity is not a solution

Yielding 9%%% now after big fall today any news out there as other Reits not bad 1-2% down bought more though to flip

Today is the kind of day that separates the gamblers from the investors out there. In the long run this is a safe bet. Unless you plan to die from covid in the next six months this is the time to sit back and ride out the volatility until the vaccine fairy makes everything nice and normal again and markets resume their normal course. :) I'll take the dividend if they can keep it up at this ...more

yep well said Gary - put a few away for the longer term.  Let the momentum traders do their thing.  We all know how it really works out for them.
