Inspection of BTB records under 18.13 of Contract of Trust

About a week ago, I asked to inspect BTB's records under article 18.13 of its Contract of Trust.
Since it now appears that the Board of BTB does not want to provide me with any of the board meeting minutes or even the committee meeting minutes, such as the Governance and Human Resources Committee at the heart of many of BTB's problems, I have declined their offer to proceed with the inspection tomorrow.

It would be pointless in my view considering the low-value of the information they would make available to me. Wanted to keep this bb updated, not too sure what the Board is concerned about, but obviously they have valid reasons to hide this information from me.
